At Noni The Label, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new pieces aren't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging if possible.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
